I liked Jeff. I met him on my first day and he seemed personable enough. Someone you could talk to easily.
I didn’t get to know him that well, despite seeing him fairly often. It was always just general, friendly chit-chat. Stuff about the weather, maybe weekend plans. That sort of thing. I think he once commented when I got a haircut. He was the kind of guy who noticed little things like that. I’m not. I can’t tell you what my own hair looks like right now, let alone what anyone else’s might be doing.
